We supply ourselves with renewable electricity!

We are excited to tell you about our latest project: the Brantner Energy Community (= BEG)!
We are the first operator in the waste management sector to supply our sites with our own electricity from a supra-regional citizens’ energy community.
The Brantner Energy Community already comprises five photovoltaic systems and three hydroelectric power plants.
This innovative step towards energy self-sufficiency underlines our commitment to a greener future.
With renewable energies such as photovoltaics and hydropower, we are leading the way to a more sustainable future and becoming a pioneer in waste management!
